• Substitutions may be made for setting color and bead color unless “no substitutions” is written on order form
• Prices do not include shipping
• We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover
• Credit card will be charged upon shipping
• We are a mail-order business. Please provide billing address and phone number associated with the name on the credit card
• We ship Ground UPS unless other method specified
• Returned Merchandise: Please call for a return authorization.
We will issue a full refund on all merchandise that is not satisfactory.
